These Terms & Conditions govern the relationship between EFFEX – Effortless Experiences (founders: Thomas Negri and Viola Orrico; registered owner: Thomas Negri), with registered address in Switzerland, and the client (“you”, “the client”).
EFFEX provides private luxury concierge and lifestyle services, including the organisation and coordination of bespoke experiences, reservations, transfers and travel arrangements across Switzerland, Italy and the French Riviera.
EFFEX acts exclusively as an intermediary between the client and independent third-party service providers (including hotels, restaurants, venues, transport operators, charter operators and private villas). EFFEX does not directly provide these services. The contract for each specific service is concluded between the client and the relevant third-party provider, subject to that provider’s own terms and conditions.
All quotations are non-binding until written confirmation by EFFEX. A booking is considered confirmed only upon (i) our written confirmation of availability and (ii) receipt of the agreed deposit, where applicable.
Prices vary depending on the requested service. Payment terms, currency and method are communicated individually for each experience. We accept CHF, EUR, AED, USD, selected cryptocurrencies (BTC, ETH, USDT) and bank wire transfers. Unless otherwise stated, a deposit of up to 30% is required to confirm the booking; the balance is due before the experience begins.
Cancellation terms depend on the third-party providers involved in each experience and are communicated in writing before confirmation. EFFEX is not responsible for cancellation fees imposed by partners. Deposits may be non-refundable depending on the timing of cancellation and the individual policies of the providers involved.
EFFEX reserves the right to modify, substitute or cancel services where required due to availability, weather, safety, force majeure (including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, pandemics) or other external factors. In such cases we will always aim to preserve the quality and spirit of the original experience and propose suitable alternatives.
EFFEX is not liable for:
EFFEX’s total liability for any direct damages is in any case limited to the amount of the fees paid by the client to EFFEX for the specific service concerned.
The client is responsible for holding appropriate travel, health and liability insurance. EFFEX strongly recommends comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellation, medical care and personal liability.
The client undertakes to behave respectfully towards third-party providers, staff and venues. EFFEX reserves the right to refuse or interrupt a service if the client’s behaviour endangers safety or compromises the service provision.
All content provided by EFFEX — including itineraries, proposals, descriptions, photography and design — remains the intellectual property of EFFEX and may not be reproduced or shared without prior written consent.
Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Swiss substantive law, with the express exclusion of the Vienna Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) and of any conflict-of-laws rules. The exclusive place of jurisdiction for any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms is Canton Ticino, Switzerland, subject to mandatory consumer protection provisions where applicable.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a valid one that reflects the original intent as closely as possible.
